The Aegean Balcony stands as an authentic hidden gem in the heart of Folegandros. Perched high at the entrance of Ano Meria in Folegandros, it comprises three autonomous apartments, offering an unforgettable stay.
The location offers a unique panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and Cretan Sea, allowing guests to enjoy both sunrise and moonrise even from within their apartment. With vistas stretching towards the sea, the horizon, the surrounding islands and towards Chora with the hill crowned by the Church of Panagia, visitors can relish in an unparalleled and distinctive experience.
The Aegean Balcony also offers an easy and quick access to Agali, the central beach of Folegandros, as well as to other nearby beaches through the pathways to Galifos and Agios Nikolaos beaches starting from here. Within a short distance, just 200 meters away, lies the Folklore Museum of Folegandros, which is open for visits during the afternoon.

To meet the needs of our guests, we offer advice, guidance, amenities, and provide them with the opportunity to taste products and flavors of our island, such as honey, spoon sweets, jams, fruits, raki, olive oil and more, all locally sourced and produced by us.
For over 30 years, we have maintained and operated rental rooms on Galifos Beach, which have stood the test of time by operating without electricity.
